We all get a little stuck sometimes. When you’re taking on a blog writing project, it can be challenging to keep things fresh. One extremely common word I’ve been guilty of over-using is “Amazing”.
Here is a great list of words to use whenever you feel the itch to use “Amazing” in your marketing writing, or any writing for that matter. Even better, describe the amazing aspects of your subject in such a way that you never even have to think about using the word “Amazing” again. Let’s be honest, it really should be reserved for magicians.
Words to use instead of Amazing:
- Stunning
- Unimaginable
- Phenomenal
- Splendid
- Remarkable
- Unbelievable
- Breathtaking
- Tremendous
- Unexpected
- Spectacular
- Unthinkable
- Unforeseen
- Significant
- Unanticipated
- Startling
- Wonderful
- Overwhelming
- Stupefying
- Unpredicted
- Astonishing
- Staggering
- Astounding
- Fabulous
- Incredible
- Marvelous
- Fantastic
- Miraculous
- Prodigious
- Fantastical
- Stupendous
- Unbelievable
- Wondrous
Full disclosure, this list is hanging by my desk all the time.
