Background

ISF provides strategy and IT delivery to state governments. They solve business problems through new management strategies and innovative IT solutions. ISF has been in business for over 35 years without any major branding or marketing.

ISF set a goal to nearly double its revenues by 2021. To achieve this goal, ISF concluded that they needed to develop a consistent brand identity, new website, and increase awareness with the creation of a strong online presence.

Discovery & Messaging

Through intensive discovery, Hot Dog Marketing designed a brand identity that accomplishes two goals:

  1. Positions ISF as low-risk for government agencies
  2. Conveys ISF as industry experts that can identify and solve the unique problems for government agencies.

Because the competencies of ISF are too broad to communicate concisely, we focused their messaging on establishing trust with their primary target market.

Long-Term Partner

ISF was searching for a marketing agency that would be a long-term partner beyond the initial branding. Hot Dog Marketing also created a website, video, and digital content to align with its new brand identity.
